A mobile hub for the Central Luzon Conference ministerial department

The challenge

The Central Luzon Conference oversees a network of active ministries and church plants spread across the region. Keeping ministers informed, resourced, and connected — while also collecting their monthly activity reports — was a logistical challenge. News got missed, resources were hard to find, and monthly submissions relied on manual, fragmented processes. Ministers needed a single point of access to everything the conference provides and requires of them.

Our solution

We built the CLC Ministerial app for iOS and Android — a dedicated mobile hub for the conference's ministerial department. The app surfaces the latest news and events from the conference, provides quick access to ministry resources, and connects ministers to the full network of active ministries under CLC. Church planters can apply for support and engage with the conference's church planting vision directly through the app.

Critically, the app also enables ministers to submit their monthly activity reports online — replacing manual submission processes with a streamlined, organized flow that keeps the conference informed and ministers accountable without the administrative friction.

CLC ministers across Central Luzon now have the conference in their pocket — news, events, resources, ministry connections, and monthly reporting all accessible from a single app. The CLC Ministerial app strengthens the conference's ability to equip, disciple, and stay connected with its ministers, supporting their shared mission of planting churches that plant churches across the region.
