A custom online giving platform built for the Central Luzon Provinces Mission of Seventh-day Adventists

The challenge

For a faith-based organization like CLPM, giving is not just a transaction — it carries meaning, structure, and accountability. Their members give across specific categories: tithes, the Combined Offering Plan (split across CLPM, local churches, and schools), and other gifts for local and conference projects. Managing all of this through manual collection or general-purpose payment tools meant lost records, inconsistent reporting, and a giving experience that didn't reflect the intentionality their community brings to it.

Our solution

We built CLPM Online Giving from the ground up — a fully custom web platform designed specifically for the Central Luzon Provinces Mission. Members can log in, select their area and church, and give across CLPM's structured giving categories in a single seamless flow. The platform handles tithe, Combined Offering Plan contributions, and open-ended other gifts — all with clear labels, amounts, and an optional additional information field for context.

Every donation is recorded and tied to the member's profile, giving CLPM a clean, reliable record of all giving activity across their churches and areas. Payments are processed securely, with a transaction structure built around the organization's specific needs — including local giving limits and member identification by area and church.

CLPM now has a giving platform that is entirely their own — built around how their organization actually operates, not adapted from a generic tool. Members across the Central Luzon Provinces can give securely and conveniently from anywhere, with full visibility into their giving. And for the mission's administrators, every donation is properly categorized, recorded, and traceable — bringing order, transparency, and trust to the entire giving process.
