The challenge

Grow Group's discipleship model is intentional and structured. Members don't just join a community, they move through it. From belonging, to believing, to becoming disciple-makers themselves. Without a dedicated platform, this journey was hard to track, sustain, and scale. They needed more than a group chat, they needed a purposeful digital environment that reflected the depth and intentionality of their mission.

Our solution

We built Grow Group's iOS and Android app around their Belong–Believe–Become framework, giving each pillar a meaningful presence in the product. The app brings members into community, supports their growth in faith, and equips them with the tools to step into leadership and make disciples of their own. The design keeps the experience grounded and purposeful, reflecting a community driven by transformation, not just information.

Grow Group now has a platform that moves with its members — from their first step into community all the way to leading others. The app gives the missional journey a structure it can sustain and a reach it can grow, generation after generation.
